Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 1:30PM and be seated by 1:45PM
A reception will follow at the same venue.

Important Details
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The doors to the venue will open at 1pm and our ceremony will begin at 2pm. We recommend arriving at 1:30pm so we can get everyone seated ahead of the ceremony start time.
The ceremony will be followed by welcome drinks, a wedding breakfast, an evening reception and buffet. Further details of timings will follow closer to the time. All good things must come to an end, and the party will wrap up at 12:30am.
dress code
We want you to be happy and comfortable throughout the day. Formal attire and hats are entirely optional. The groom will be wearing a kilt and if anyone else wishes to do the same that would be welcome, but not compulsory. The bride will be wearing a wedding dress but please don’t wear one of those.
bar
Drinks will be served after the ceremony and with the wedding breakfast. There is a bar at the venue where you can buy drinks throughout the evening reception.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Feel free to take as many photographs as you want at the wedding if that will help you remember the day, but we ask that you please don't share these on any social media platforms. Thank you.

Tucked away in the heart of Leith, just a stone's throw from Edinburgh's bustling city centre, The Old Dr Bells Baths is accessible by car, bus and tram.
The city can be especially busy on Saturday afternoons so please allow a little extra time for traffic/congestion.

PARKING
On street parking is available nearby for those who may need it, but the street outside is fairly busy. We recommend taking a cab or one of the many public transport options.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The venue is very well served for public transport links. The number 7, 10, 16, 21, 35, 36 and 49 buses all stop less than two minutes walk away. The nearest tram stop is 'The Foot Of The Walk', 4 minutes walk from the venue.

We are very fortunate to have everything that we need and your presence at our wedding is the only gift we want. We really do mean that. We don’t have a wedding list, and we kindly ask that you don’t bring wedding gifts.
However, we know how kind you are and, if some of you feel that you really want to give us something, we would rather it was something that will help us create a memory while thinking of you.
As you probably know, we are never happier than when we are eating out in one of Edinburgh’s excellent restaurants.
